A Message from Our CEO Regarding the Latest on Data Delays from Foundation
I wanted to reach out regarding the ongoing data delays you may be experiencing. If you don’t know, Foundation recently undertook a significant migration of their TDS Proxy servers to the Expedient data center on November 25th. While this migration was a necessary step for their infrastructure, it has resulted in some unexpected technical issues that are still being stabilized.
For larger partners like ProNovos, these challenges have impacted the flow of data from Foundation. We want to assure you that we are actively working with Foundation to address these issues as quickly as possible. Currently, we are receiving data intermittently and are updating our system as new data becomes available.
