- After your account is created, your dedicated implementation manager will schedule an onboarding call and create your implementation timeline.
- Clients will have an allocated number of training hours outlined in their contracts. Your implementation managers will work with you to create a training schedule that meets your needs.
- Our team will work with you throughout the implementation training process to ensure your account and user permissions are set up correctly and ensure you and your team have the knowledge to navigate ProNovos easily.
- After implementation, you will have a dedicated customer success manager for ongoing support and maintenance to address any issues or questions that may arise during day-to-day usage
