A Message from Our CEO Regarding the Latest on Data Delays from Foundation

I wanted to provide you with an update on the technical issues you’ve been experiencing. Just before Thanksgiving, Foundation made changes to its proxy server and that created the issue that we are currently resolving with Foundation.

 

Additionally, we suspect there may be network throttling in place after a certain amount of data is pulled. Our team is actively investigating this with Foundation, seeking clarification on potential limits and exploring the possibility of being whitelisted to avoid further disruptions. We are awaiting their response.

 

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused and want to assure you that our team has been working tirelessly to resolve these issues. We also understand how frustrating this must be and are committed to minimizing the impact on your operations.

 

To help speed up this process, we would like to ask for your help in logging a support ticket directly with Foundation. Informing them that you are unable to access your data in ProNovos due to the recent changes they’ve made will underscore the urgency of the situation.
