Graphic Designer
Reports to: Head of Design | Department: Marketing / Creative | Salary: $60,000–$65,000 USD
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing and sales efforts across both digital and print channels. This role will work closely with the Head of Design to execute high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support campaigns, events, sales, and client-facing initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life visually, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and managing multiple design requests in a fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Design
• Design creative assets for social media (organic and paid), digital ads, website graphics, landing pages, email marketing, nurture campaigns, eBooks, and blogs
• Ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Optimize designs for performance across platforms and devices
Print Design
• Design a wide range of print materials, including booklets, brochures, flyers, rack cards, event and trade show materials (booth graphics, signage, banners), swag, and promotional items
• Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with vendors as needed
Sales & Presentation Design
• Own the design and layout of all slide decks for webinars, sales and internal presentations
• Create templates that ensure consistency while allowing flexibility for different audiences
• Elevate complex information into clear, visually compelling slides
Collaboration & Process
• Work closely with the Head of Design to execute creative direction and priorities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to understand objectives and timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain and help evolve brand standards across all assets
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma is a plus
• Ability to take direction and feedback while also bringing creative ideas to the table
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE
• Video editing experience
• Experience designing for B2B or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with trade show and event design
• Basic understanding of marketing performance and how design supports conversion
