You could go into PM Jane Smith’s projects and see her billings for the month of June. The properly billed items would be green; the ones she hasn’t billed yet are red. Using our dashboard, you could see right away that there were unbilled invoices for $205,000, $30,000 and $25,000. You’ve had lots of job costs for the month, but you didn’t bill.
