ProNovos is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to support the financial operations of a growing SaaS and fintech business. This role is focused on execution, accuracy, and visibility. It is not a director-level position, but it carries real ownership and accountability.

You will manage SaaS revenue operations, AR and AP, cash flow forecasting, and internal accounting processes. You’ll also partner closely with leadership on pricing models, financial analysis, and project-based work that supports growth and better decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage SaaS revenue operations, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition

• Own AR and AP, monitor aging, and improve cash collection timing

• Build and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts

• Maintain accurate books and support the monthly close

• Review and approve expense reports and monitor spend against budget

• Support pricing models, unit economics, and financial scenarios

• Assist with project-based financial analysis and ad hoc reporting

• Improve, document, and scale finance processes as the company grows

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations

• Hands-on experience managing AR, AP, and cash flow

• Experience supporting a SaaS business

• Working knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts, including ARR, MRR, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition

• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience in maintaining books and supporting the monthly close

• High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment

• Exposure to pricing models, unit economics, or financial planning

• Experience in improving or documenting finance workflows

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems

• Comfortable partnering directly with leadership and cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• CPA or accounting certification

• Experience with fintech, payments, or embedded finance

• Background in construction, professional services, or project-based businesses
