About the Role:
We’re looking for a top-performing Account Executive who thrives in full-cycle sales and wants to help lead the charge in building our sales culture. You’ll own deals from first contact to close, while also helping shape our sales motion and influence go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership and be in the room where big growth decisions happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through both self-sourced opportunities and BDR collaboration
- Conduct impactful discovery calls and deliver compelling product demos
- Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing
- Collaborate with and guide BDRs to improve outreach and pipeline quality
- Track and manage deals in our CRM with precision and ownership
- Share strategic insights with leadership to shape sales playbooks, messaging, and market focus
- Set the tone for a high-performance, feedback-driven sales team
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, FinTech, or Construction Tech preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial terms like AR/AP, WIP, forecasting, and cash flow
- Proven ability to sell into CFOs, Controllers, and operations leaders
- A closer with a track record of crushing quota
- A natural team leader who leads by example and wants a voice at the table
- Excited to help build—playbooks, culture, systems—and not just run them
