It’s also the latest contractor to roll out ProNovos’ Operations Manager.
Based in Wichita, Kansas, Zernco has been offering commercial new construction, remodeling, and facility maintenance solutions for 25 years. The company’s project experience includes restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, as well as other retail and business facilities, nationwide.

Zernco is using Ops Manager on mobile devices for common field-management functions, including daily reports, drawings and photos. “A variety of safety, inspection, schedule, and meeting forms are being generated and managed within the Ops Manager platform, replacing forms that were previously produced manually or from other systems,” said David Bland, our Analytics Implementation Manager.
In addition, he noted, Zernco is using ProNovos analytics integration with Foundation to perform detailed job forecasting and reporting within ProNovos. “That means project managers no longer have to enter forecast data into Foundation,” Bland said. “The job forecast information feeds the WIP—also managed within ProNovos—and so this simultaneously eliminates the need for complex spreadsheets, which allows Zernco to minimize manual data entry and improve accuracy.”
